The\nare aimed at people interested in proteins from a geometric viewpoint as they\nallow easy access to the geometry and bond structure in addition of the\nbiological information. The reader has two modes for reading/writing a pdb file.\nThe simplest one, through the Protein class just reads and writes a single\nprotein from/to a pdb file (which must have only one chain, but can have\nmultiple models). The second, through the PDB class can handle pdb files with\nmultiple models and herogens (although these are just passed through and not\ncurrently interpreted).","flavors":[],"html":"https://daemonports.org/dragonfly/biology/dsr-pdb/","kind":"port","lastUpdate":null,"license":["LGPL21"],"maintainer":"yuri@FreeBSD.org","name":"dsr-pdb","newest":true,"newestVersion":"1.0.3","noVulnData":false,"origin":"biology/dsr-pdb","otherSystems":[{"maintainer":"yuri@FreeBSD.org","newest":true,"origin":"biology/dsr-pdb","path":"/biology/dsr-pdb/","system":"FreeBSD","updated":"2026-09-29","version":"1.0.3_19"},{"maintainer":"yuri@FreeBSD.org","newest":true,"noVulnData":true,"origin":"biology/dsr-pdb","path":"","system":"HardenedBSD","version":"1.0.3_19"},{"maintainer":"yuri@FreeBSD.org","newest":true,"noVulnData":true,"origin":"biology/dsr-pdb","path":"","system":"GhostBSD","version":"1.0.3_18"}],"packages":null,"pkgName":"dsr-pdb-1.0.3_15","related":null,"repository":"DPorts","requiredBy":[],"requiredByCount":0,"runDepends":["devel/boost-libs"],"status":null,"system":"dragonfly","systemLabel":"DragonFly","version":"1.0.3_15","versions":null,"vulnerabilities":null,"www":"https://graphics.stanford.edu/~drussel/pdb/"}
