It inherits the performance, the relatively small memory\nfootprint and the features of fermikit. In particular, fermi-lite is able to\nretain heterozygous events and thus can be used to assemble diploid regions for\nthe purpose of variant calling. It is one of the limited choices for local\nre-assembly and arguably the easiest to interface.","flavors":[],"html":"https://daemonports.org/dragonfly/biology/fermi-lite/","kind":"port","lastUpdate":null,"license":["MIT"],"maintainer":"yuri@FreeBSD.org","name":"fermi-lite","newest":true,"newestVersion":"0.1.13","noVulnData":false,"origin":"biology/fermi-lite","otherSystems":[{"maintainer":"yuri@FreeBSD.org","newest":true,"origin":"biology/fermi-lite","path":"/biology/fermi-lite/","system":"FreeBSD","version":"0.1.13_2"},{"maintainer":"yuri@FreeBSD.org","newest":true,"noVulnData":true,"origin":"biology/fermi-lite","path":"","system":"HardenedBSD","version":"0.1.13_2"},{"maintainer":"yuri@FreeBSD.org","newest":true,"noVulnData":true,"origin":"biology/fermi-lite","path":"","system":"GhostBSD","version":"0.1.13_2"}],"packages":null,"pkgName":"fermi-lite-0.1.13_1","related":null,"repository":"DPorts","requiredBy":[],"requiredByCount":0,"runDepends":[],"status":null,"system":"dragonfly","systemLabel":"DragonFly","version":"0.1.13_1","versions":null,"vulnerabilities":null,"www":"https://github.com/lh3/fermi-lite"}
