It was\nmainly designed for building high-performance network applications,\nbut can be used in any event-driver application that uses pollable\nfile descriptors as its event sources.\n\nPrograms written to the ivykis API are generally single-threaded (or\nuse only a small number of threads), and never block on I/O. All\ninput and output is done in a nonblocking fashion, with I/O readiness\nnotification delivered via callback functions.","flavors":[],"html":"https://daemonports.org/dragonfly/devel/ivykis/","kind":"port","lastUpdate":null,"license":["LGPL21"],"maintainer":"cy@FreeBSD.org","name":"ivykis","newest":true,"newestVersion":"0.43.2","noVulnData":false,"origin":"devel/ivykis","otherSystems":[{"maintainer":"cy@FreeBSD.org","newest":true,"origin":"devel/ivykis","path":"/devel/ivykis/","system":"FreeBSD","version":"0.43.2_1"},{"maintainer":"pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org","origin":"devel/ivykis","path":"/netbsd/devel/ivykis/","system":"NetBSD","version":"0.42.3"},{"maintainer":"cy@FreeBSD.org","newest":true,"noVulnData":true,"origin":"devel/ivykis","path":"","system":"HardenedBSD","version":"0.43.2_1"},{"maintainer":"cy@FreeBSD.org","newest":true,"noVulnData":true,"origin":"devel/ivykis","path":"","system":"GhostBSD","version":"0.43.2_1"},{"maintainer":"cy@FreeBSD.org","newest":true,"noVulnData":true,"origin":"devel/ivykis","path":"","system":"OPNsense","version":"0.43.2_1"}],"packages":null,"pkgName":"ivykis-0.43.2","related":null,"repository":"DPorts","requiredBy":["sysutils/syslog-ng"],"requiredByCount":1,"runDepends":[],"status":null,"system":"dragonfly","systemLabel":"DragonFly","version":"0.43.2","versions":null,"vulnerabilities":null,"www":"https://github.com/buytenh/ivykis"}
