It is a modification\nand extension of the Jomolhari font.  Jomolhari is a Bhutanese style\ncalligraphic uchen Tibetan script font.\n\nBabelStone Tibetan is based on Jomolhari Version alpha 0.003c 2006,\nwhich is quite old, and so does not include sixteen characters added\nto the Tibetan block in Unicode versions 5.1 (2008), 5.2 (2009) and\n6.0 (2010).  BabelStone Tibetan adds support for these sixteen\ncharacters, and also extends the font to cover many additional stack\nclusters, including non-standard clusters that are used for writing\nTibetan shorthand contractions and some unusual clusters that were\nused for transcribing Tangut.\n\nBabelStone Tibetan has an extremely large line height in order to\nallow for very high and deep stacks found in some religious texts.\nBabelStone Tibetan Slim is almost exactly the same as BabelStone\nTibetan, but has a small line height; it is suitable for ordinary\nmodern Tibetan text, but some stacks for Sanskrit may be cropped at\nthe top and/or bottom.","flavors":[],"html":"https://daemonports.org/netbsd/fonts/babelstone-tibetan-ttf/","kind":"port","lastUpdate":null,"license":["ofl-v1.1"],"maintainer":"uwe@NetBSD.org","name":"babelstone-tibetan-ttf","newest":false,"newestVersion":null,"noVulnData":false,"origin":"fonts/babelstone-tibetan-ttf","otherSystems":[],"packages":[{"repo":"NetBSD 10.1 x86_64","versions":["10.5"]},{"repo":"NetBSD 10.1 aarch64","versions":["10.5"]},{"repo":"SmartOS / illumos x86_64","versions":["10.5"]},{"repo":"macOS 15 arm64","versions":["10.5"]}],"pkgName":"babelstone-tibetan-ttf-10.5","related":null,"repository":"pkgsrc","requiredBy":[],"requiredByCount":0,"runDepends":[],"status":null,"system":"netbsd","systemLabel":"NetBSD","version":"10.5","versions":null,"vulnerabilities":null,"www":"https://www.babelstone.co.uk/Fonts/Tibetan.html"}
