It's a\nfork of WireGuard-Go and offers protection against detection by Deep\nPacket Inspection (DPI) systems. At the same time, it retains the\nsimplified architecture and high performance of the original.\n\nThe precursor, WireGuard, is known for its efficiency but had issues\nwith detection due to its distinctive packet signatures. AmneziaWG\naddresses this problem by employing advanced obfuscation methods,\nallowing its traffic to blend seamlessly with regular internet traffic.\nAs a result, AmneziaWG maintains high performance while adding an extra\nlayer of stealth, making it a superb choice for those seeking a fast and\ndiscreet VPN connection.","flavors":[],"html":"https://daemonports.org/netbsd/wip/amneziawg-go/","kind":"port","lastUpdate":null,"license":["mit"],"maintainer":"pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org","name":"amneziawg-go","newest":false,"newestVersion":"3.1.20260828","noVulnData":false,"origin":"wip/amneziawg-go","otherSystems":[{"maintainer":"vova@zote.me","matchedBy":"name","newest":true,"origin":"net/amneziawg-go","path":"/net/amneziawg-go/","system":"FreeBSD","updated":"2026-10-20","version":"3.1.20260828_2"},{"maintainer":"vova@zote.me","matchedBy":"name","newest":true,"noVulnData":true,"origin":"net/amneziawg-go","path":"","system":"HardenedBSD","version":"3.1.20260828"},{"behindSince":"2026-09-28","maintainer":"vova@zote.me","matchedBy":"name","noVulnData":true,"origin":"net/amneziawg-go","path":"","system":"GhostBSD","version":"0.2.16_10"}],"packages":null,"pkgName":"amneziawg-go-0.2.15","related":null,"repository":"pkgsrc-wip","requiredBy":[],"requiredByCount":0,"runDepends":[],"status":null,"system":"netbsd","systemLabel":"NetBSD","version":"0.2.15","versions":null,"vulnerabilities":null,"www":"https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amneziawg-go/"}
