Large arrays are distributed and communications\nare handled under the hood by MPI for Python (mpi4py).\nTo distribute large arrays we are using a new and completely\ngeneric algorithm that allows for any index set of a\nmultidimensional array to be distributed. We can distribute\njust one index (a slab decomposition), two index sets\n(pencil decomposition) or even more for higher-dimensional arrays.\n\nmpi4py-fft comes with its own Python interface to the serial FFTW\nlibrary. This interface can be used much like pyfftw, and even for\nreal-to-real transforms, like discrete cosine or sine transforms.","flavors":[],"html":"https://daemonports.org/netbsd/wip/py-mpi4y-fft/","kind":"port","lastUpdate":null,"license":["modified-bsd"],"maintainer":"jihbed.research@gmail.com","name":"mpi4py-fft","newest":false,"newestVersion":null,"noVulnData":false,"origin":"wip/py-mpi4y-fft","otherSystems":[],"packages":null,"pkgName":"mpi4py-fft-2.0.3","related":null,"repository":"pkgsrc-wip","requiredBy":[],"requiredByCount":0,"runDepends":["devel/py-cython","math/fftw","math/py-numpy","wip/py-mpi4py"],"status":null,"system":"netbsd","systemLabel":"NetBSD","version":"2.0.3","versions":null,"vulnerabilities":null,"www":"https://bitbucket.org/mpi4py/mpi4py-fft/src/master/"}
