Description
git-prompt.zsh is a fast, customizable, pure-shell, asynchronous Git prompt for Zsh. It is heavily inspired by Olivier Verdier's zsh-git-prompt and very similar to the "Informative VCS" prompt of fish shell.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install shells/git-prompt.zsh
pkg install git-prompt.zshFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/shells/git-prompt.zsh/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= git-prompt.zsh>0:shells/git-prompt.zshPackages
