Description

This is the PHP extension for zstandard or zstd, a fast lossless compression algorithm with competitive compression ratios and multi-core scalability.

This extension can also transparently compress objects stored in APCu cache. Just set apc.serializer=zstd in your php.ini.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install php82-zstd

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/archivers/php-zstd/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	php82-zstd>0:archivers/php-zstd
