Description
PHP, which stands for "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor" is a widely-used Open Source general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited for Web development and can be embedded into HTML. Its syntax draws upon C, Java, and Perl, and is easy to learn. The main goal of the language is to allow web developers to write dynamically generated webpages quickly, but you can do much more with PHP.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install archivers/php86-zip
pkg install php86-zipFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/archivers/php86-zip/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= php86-zip>0:archivers/php86-zipPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
