Description

jack-keyboard is a virtual keyboard that lets you play on softsynths (like audio/ghostess) using your computer's keyboard.

It's somewhat similar in purpose to vkeybd, except that jack-keyboard uses JACK MIDI instead of ALSA.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install jack-keyboard

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/audio/jack-keyboard/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	jack-keyboard>0:audio/jack-keyboard
