Description
Benchmarks for various inter-process-communication (IPC) methods: ZeroMQ, TCP socket (tcp), domain socket (domain), named pipes (fifo), signal, memory mapped file (mmap), message queues (mq), pipe, shared memory (shm).
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install benchmarks/ipc-bench
pkg install ipc-benchFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/benchmarks/ipc-bench/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
