Description

andi is a program for estimating the evolutionary distance between closely related genomes. These distances can be used to rapidly infer phylogenies for big sets of genomes. Because andi does not compute full alignments, it is so efficient that it scales even up to thousands of bacterial genomes.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install andi

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/biology/andi/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	andi>0:biology/andi

Packages

The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
