Description

GenAPI is a Python API for the Genesis platform allowing to perform computations of gene expression, etc.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install py312-Genesis-PyAPI

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/biology/py-Genesis-PyAPI/ && make install clean
