Description
pywgsim is a modified version of the wgsim short read simulator. The code for wgsim has been modified to allow visualizing the simulated mutations as a GFF file.

Install
Binary package:
pkg install py312-pywgsimFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/biology/py-pywgsim/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
