Description
A set of utilities to communicate with IrDA devices over an IrDA port on a serial line. Covers IrComm for connecting via PPP over cell phones as well as several utilities to exchange data with PDAs.
These programs were written by Tommy Bohlin <[email protected]>. The port is more or less directly copied from Lennart Augustsson's <[email protected]> NetBSD port.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install comms/birda
pkg install birdaFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/comms/birda/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= birda>0:comms/birdaPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
