Description

Iconv is a wrapper class for the UNIX 95 iconv() function family, which translates string between various encoding systems.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install rubygem-iconv

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/converters/rubygem-iconv/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	rubygem-iconv>0:converters/rubygem-iconv
