Description

A database interface (DBI) definition for communication between R and relational database management systems. All classes in this package are virtual and need to be extended by the various R/DBMS implementations.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install R-cran-DBI

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/databases/R-cran-DBI/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	R-cran-DBI>0:databases/R-cran-DBI
