Description

Cache::Memcached::XS is a memcached client using libmemcache. It uses a lot less CPU than the original pure-perl client.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install p5-Cache-Memcached-XS

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/databases/p5-Cache-Memcached-XS/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	p5-Cache-Memcached-XS>0:databases/p5-Cache-Memcached-XS
