Description

pyodbc is a Python module that allows you to use ODBC to connect to almost any database from Windows, Linux, OS/X, and more.

It implements the Python Database API Specification v2.0, but additional features have been added to simplify database programming even more.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install databases/py-pyodbc
pkg install py312-pyodbc

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/databases/py-pyodbc/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	py312-pyodbc>0:databases/py-pyodbc

Packages

The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
