Description
Allows to display a progress bar in the R console for long running computations taking place in c++ code, and support for interrupting those computations even in multithreaded code, typically using OpenMP.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install devel/R-cran-RcppProgress
pkg install R-cran-RcppProgressFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/devel/R-cran-RcppProgress/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= R-cran-RcppProgress>0:devel/R-cran-RcppProgressPackages
