Description

Define formatter plugin provides support for on-the-fly formatting for multiline #define macros.

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install devel/geany-plugin-defineformat
pkg install geany-plugin-defineformat

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/devel/geany-plugin-defineformat/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
