Description
JSMin is a filter which removes comments and unnecessary whitespace from JavaScript files. It typically reduces file size by half, resulting in faster downloads. It also encourages a more expressive programming style because it eliminates the download cost of clean, literate self-documentation.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install devel/jsmin
pkg install jsminFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/devel/jsmin/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= jsmin>0:devel/jsminPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
