Description
libIDL is a library for creating trees of CORBA Interface Definition Language (IDL) files, which is a specification for defining portable interfaces. libIDL was initially written for ORBit (the ORB from the GNOME project, and the primary means of libIDL distribution). However, the functionality was designed to be as reusable and portable as possible.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install devel/libIDL
pkg install libIDLFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/devel/libIDL/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= libIDL>0:devel/libIDL
LIB_DEPENDS= libIDL-2.so:devel/libIDLPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
