Description

Lua CJSON provides fast JSON parsing and encoding support for Lua. It has been tested under Linux, FreeBSD, OSX, Solaris and Windows.

Features:

  • Fast, standards compliant encoding/parsing routines.
  • Full support for JSON with UTF-8, including decoding surrogate pairs.
  • Optional run-time support for common exceptions to the JSON specification (NaN, Infinity,..).
  • No external dependencies.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install devel/lua-cjson
pkg install lua51-cjson

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/devel/lua-cjson/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	lua51-cjson>0:devel/lua-cjson
