Description
This module provides a system for writing modules that *compile* other Perl modules.
Modules that use these compilation modules get compiled into some altered form the first time they are run. The result is cached into ".pmc" files.
Perl has native support for ".pmc" files. It always checks for them, before loading a ".pm" file.

Install
Binary package:
pkg install p5-Module-CompileFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/devel/p5-Module-Compile/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= p5-Module-Compile>0:devel/p5-Module-CompilePackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
