Description

This module provides thread-safe FIFO queues that can be accessed safely by any number of threads.

Any data types supported by threads::shared can be passed via queues:

  • Ordinary scalars
  • Array refs
  • Hash refs
  • Scalar refs
  • Objects based on the above

Ordinary scalars are added to queues as they are.

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install devel/p5-Thread-Queue
pkg install p5-Thread-Queue

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/devel/p5-Thread-Queue/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	p5-Thread-Queue>0:devel/p5-Thread-Queue

Packages

The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
