Description
The sync extension introduces synchronization objects into PHP.
Named and unnamed Mutex, Semaphore, Event, and Reader-Writer objects provide OS-level synchronization on both *NIX (POSIX semaphores required) and Windows platforms.

Install
Binary package:
pkg install php82-pecl-syncFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/devel/pecl-sync/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
