845e719864 Muhammad Moinur Rahman devel/{pecl|php}-raphf2?: Convert port
A facility to manage possibly persistent resources with a comprehensible API. Provides simliar functionality like the zend_list API, but with more flexiblity and freedom. Please note that pecl infrastructure is being deprecated so create a different port which is not dependent on pecl infrastructure. This commit also removes pecl-raphf2 ports in lieu of this port and updates reverse dependency. WWW: https://github.com/m6w6/ext-raphf/
