Description
encutils provides a collection of helper functions to detect encodings of text files (like HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, etc.) retrieved via HTTP, file or string.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install devel/py-encutils
pkg install py312-encutilsFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/devel/py-encutils/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= py312-encutils>0:devel/py-encutilsPackages
