Description

A relatively sane approach to multiple dispatch in Python.

This implementation of multiple dispatch is efficient, mostly complete, performs static analysis to avoid conflicts, and provides optional namespace support. It looks good too.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install py312-multipledispatch

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/devel/py-multipledispatch/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	py312-multipledispatch>0:devel/py-multipledispatch
