Description

The Python Shapefile Library (pyshp) provides read and write support for the Esri Shapefile format. The Shapefile format is a popular Geographic Information System vector data format created by Esri.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install py312-pyshp

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/devel/py-pyshp/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	py312-pyshp>0:devel/py-pyshp
