Description

A Python package for support of the "Virtual Instrument Software Architecture" (VISA), in order to control measurement devices and test equipment via GPIB, RS232, Ethernet or USB.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install py312-pyvisa

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/devel/py-pyvisa/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	py312-pyvisa>0:devel/py-pyvisa
