Description
Tavalidate provides helper functions for Tavern, the YAML-based API testing tool. It adds assertions for XML responses, letting a test compare a response against an expected document using placeholders such as !anyint and !anystr instead of exact values.
It can also save responses to disk for later inspection.
Install
Binary package:
pkg install py312-tavalidateFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/devel/py-tavalidate/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= py312-tavalidate>0:devel/py-tavalidatePackages
