Description
New time-based UUID formats suited for use as a database key.
Implements UUID versions 6, 7, and 8 as described in draft-peabody-dispatch-new-uuid-format.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install devel/py-uuid6
pkg install py312-uuid6From the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/devel/py-uuid6/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= py312-uuid6>0:devel/py-uuid6Packages
