Description

Foreigner introduces a few methods to your migrations for adding and removing foreign key constraints. It also dumps foreign keys to schema.rb.

The following adapters are supported:

  • mysql2
  • postgres
  • sqlite (foreign key methods are a no-op)

Install

Binary package:

pkg install rubygem-foreigner

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/devel/rubygem-foreigner/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	rubygem-foreigner>0:devel/rubygem-foreigner
