Description

dnsglobe is a terminal application that checks DNS propagation across many public resolvers around the world and visualizes the results on an ASCII world map.

It resolves a hostname against resolvers in different geographic regions and shows, at a glance, where a DNS record has propagated and where it has not, with an optional watch mode for continuous monitoring.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install dnsglobe

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/dns/dnsglobe/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	dnsglobe>0:dns/dnsglobe
