Description
The nsnotifyd daemon monitors a set of DNS zones and runs a command when any of them change. It listens for DNS NOTIFY messages so it can respond to changes promptly. It also uses each zone's SOA refresh and retry parameters to poll for updates if nsnotifyd does not receive NOTIFY messages more frequently.

Install
Binary package:
pkg install nsnotifydFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/dns/nsnotifyd/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= nsnotifyd>0:dns/nsnotifydPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
