Description
pycares is a Python module which provides an interface to c-ares. c-ares is a C library that performs DNS requests and name resolutions asynchronously.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install dns/py-pycares
pkg install py312-pycaresFrom the ports tree:
cd /usr/ports/dns/py-pycares/ && make install cleanTo depend on this port in another port's Makefile:
RUN_DEPENDS= py312-pycares>0:dns/py-pycaresPackages
The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
