Description
RHVoice is a free and open source speech synthesizer.
It consists of the following components: * command line tool `rhvoice-client` (needs love) * speech module for NVDA * speech module for Windows (SAPI5) * Android App

Install
Binary package:
pkg install RHVoiceFrom DPorts:
