Description

Wrapper around Cutadapt and FastQC to consistently apply adapter and quality trimming to FastQ files, with extra functionality for RRBS data.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install p5-TrimGalore

From DPorts:

cd /usr/dports/biology/p5-TrimGalore && make install clean
