Description

This script takes information from "SHOW STATUS LIKE..." and "SHOW VARIABLES LIKE..." then attempts to produce sane recommendations for tuning server variables.

It is compatible with all versions of MySQL 3.23 - 5.1.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install tuning-primer

From DPorts:

cd /usr/dports/databases/tuning-primer && make install clean

No port depends on this one.

No options to configure.
