First you install Eterm and try to run:

%25 Eterm (Choose "Eterm -> Background -> Pixmap -> Scaled -> Before the Storm")

%25 Esetroot -scale /usr/X11R6/share/Eterm/bg/scale/before_the_storm.jpg %25 Eterm --trans --shade 40
