Description
Dante is a circuit-level firewall/proxy (socks implemented) that can be used to provide convenient and secure network connectivity to a wide range of hosts while requiring only the server Dante runs on to have external network connectivity.
Once installed, Dante can in most cases be made transparent to the clients while offering detailed access control and logging facilities to the server administrator.

Install
Binary package:
pkg install danteFrom DPorts:

If you're upgrading from earlier release to 1.4.x, please read UPGRADE document, which is installed in docs folder, or check it online: http://www.inet.no/dante/doc/1.4.x/config/upgrade.html The 1.4.x release has syntax changes and various new functionality additions.
