Description

Chemistr-Mol is a toolkit includes basic objects and methods to describe molecules. It consists of several modules: Chemistry::Mol, Chemistry::Atom, Chemistry::Bond, and Chemistry::File.

They are the core modules of the PerlMol toolkit, see: http://www.perlmol.org/.
