Description

scarab is a CLI tool to automate some of the Bugzilla-related workflows in the FreeBSD project. Common commands are fetching, attaching and creating PR's from the command line.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install py311-scarab

From DPorts:

cd /usr/dports/sysutils/py-scarab && make install clean

Message after installing

Before you can manipulate PRs with this program in FreeBSD Bugzilla
you have to create an API key and copy it in your config file.

Login -> Preferences -> API keys -> Generate a new API key

The config file is probed from your home directory as ".scarabrc".
A sample scarabrc config file is located under /usr/local/share/examples/py311-scarab.
