Description

MooseFS is a Fault tolerant, High Available, Highly Performing, Scale-Out, network distributed file system. It spreads data over several physical commodity servers, which are visible to the user as one resource.

For standard file operations MooseFS acts like any other Unix-like file system.

This port provides: MooseFS clients: mfsmount and mfstools.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install moosefs-client

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/filesystems/moosefs-client/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	moosefs-client>0:filesystems/moosefs-client
LIB_DEPENDS=	libmfsio.so:filesystems/moosefs-client
