Builds since the update to 0.20261009.

games/libretro-parallel_n64: update to 0.20261009

Fixes the build on powerpc64*: the new snapshot no longer calls __mftb() on FreeBSD, and WITH_DYNAREC is now passed empty there since the dynarec has no PowerPC backend. The Bitstream Vera font and its license file are gone upstream.
