Description

LERC is an open-source image or raster format which supports rapid encoding and decoding for any pixel type (not just RGB or Byte). Users set the maximum compression error per pixel while encoding, so the precision of the original input image is preserved (within user defined error bounds).

This port is the Python binding for LERC (Limited Error Raster Compression).

Install

As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:

pkg install graphics/py-pylerc
pkg install py312-pylerc

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/graphics/py-pylerc/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	py312-pylerc>0:graphics/py-pylerc

Packages

The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
