Description

This is a conversion of "UniDic" (approximately 1.02 million words) - a corpus dictionary from the National Institute for Japanese Language and Linguistics - into the Mozc user dictionary format. It includes approximately 267,000 words. No build process is required; you can use it simply by importing it via the GUI dictionary tool.

Important: This adds approximately 138,000 words that Mozc otherwise cannot convert. The trade-off is a slight degradation in the conversion of everyday vocabulary.

In the other systems

The newest version among them is 1.1.0, as upstream numbers it.

Version history 1

  1. 1.1.0 abeacc4956

Upstream's version as each commit to the port's Makefile set it, or as this site first saw it in the system's packages; the tree's own revisions are not versions here.

Install

Binary package:

pkg install ja-unidic-to-mozc

From the ports tree:

cd /usr/ports/japanese/unidic-to-mozc/ && make install clean

To depend on this port in another port's Makefile:

RUN_DEPENDS=	ja-unidic-to-mozc>0:japanese/unidic-to-mozc

Packages

The version each package repository carries. “-” means the repository builds no package of it, “n/a” that there is no such repository.
