Description
Erlang is a programming language used to build massively scalable soft real-time systems with requirements on high availability. Some of its uses are in telecoms, banking, e-commerce, computer telephony and instant messaging. Erlang's runtime system has built-in support for concurrency, distribution and fault tolerance.
This port contains a standalone runtime environment of Erlang 29 to be used during the development of OTP applications.
Install
As a binary package — by origin, or by package name:
pkg install lang/erlang-runtime29
pkg install erlang-runtime29From the ports tree:

Message after installing
To use this runtime port for development or testing, just prepend
its binary path ("/usr/local/lib/erlang29/bin") to your PATH variable.
